I recently read an interesting article, that claimed the secret to weight loss may be within your DNA, a “skinny” gene that just needs to be activated. It can be apparently activated by eating a normal amount of food one day and very little the next day. Its known as intermittent fasting. It was said that this pattern brings about changes in your body that inhibits fat storage and results in weight loss…I can’t try this out for myself…I love food.
