You don’t need to go through traumatic and costly plastic surgery to “excise” a double chin.
This simple facial exercise will cut that double chin down…back to size.
- sit upright in a chair
- tilt head back towards the ceiling
- keep lips closed and relaxed
- begin the exercise by puckering your lips
- pucker your lips as if you want to kiss the ceiling (this may look weird)
- count to 10 while your lips are puckered
- then relax and bring head down
- repeat this 7 times
