Double Chin-excise

You don’t need to go through traumatic and costly plastic surgery to “excise” a double chin.

This simple facial exercise will cut that double chin down…back to size.

 

  • sit upright in a chair
  • tilt head back towards the ceiling
  • keep lips closed and relaxed
  • begin the exercise by puckering your lips
  • pucker your lips as if you want to kiss the ceiling (this may look weird)
  • count to 10 while your lips are puckered
  • then relax and bring head down
  • repeat this 7 times
