Cold weather coupled with central heating can leave hair looking a bit worse for wear, however an easy home made “hair smoothie” can bring the life back to your limp locks.
Get out your smoothie machine and throw in…
- half an avocado (adds moisture, conditions, can possibly promote hair growth)
- 1 banana (soothes scalp, hydrates)
- 1 tablespoon mayo (conditions, adds volume to the hair)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (tames frizz, softens hair)
Blitz until smooth and massage into hair. Wrap in cling film (to keep everything on your hair and not mess your clean couch). After 30 minutes, wash hair as normal. Enjoy your healthier, hydrated hair.
